Untitled Western Horror Game

For our project we intend to create a wild west themed horror game. We want the game to have a similar feel to the original Slenderman game, including aspects such as a small area to explore, items to unlock the ending, and a terrifying entity that stalks the player. 

The area that the player explores should feel eerie and empty, devoid of all human life. The setting should also remain consistent with the western theme, so <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW54870386 BCX2" <the="" game="" would="" play="" out="" in="" a="" <="" span="">the game would play out in a desolate barn or a small town in the desert.</span> 

In addition to having just one primary monster, we plan to include several smaller monsters, that can jump-scare the player without killing them. However, we would need to keep these to a minimum, as we still want the game to feel more empty and isolated.  

We want to incorporate creatures from old Western and Native American myths and legends in our game. For the main monster, we are thinking of going with the Wendigo or Bigfoot, as both are physically bigger than a human. For the smaller monsters, we’re thinking of things such as jackalopes or the Chupacabra.  

Overall, our main objective is to create a horror-wild west experience that makes <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW54870386 BCX2" <the="" player="" feel="" <="" span="">the player feel uneasy as they try escape from the monster stalking them.</span>
